The hotel Check- in From 12:00 hours Check-out Until 12:00 hours. An early check in or a late check out can be requested in advance and will be granted if at all possible.

For a guaranteed early check in you would need to reserve your room from the previous night and for guaranteed late check outs you would need to reserve your room for an additional night.

  •  Half day room rent chargeable for stay upto extra 4 hours.
  •  Full day room rent chargeable for stay over 4 hours.
Godwin Group Hotels Have two hotels and both the hotels are on Ara Kashan Road,Paharganj,New Delhi.
Please check the room conditions when selecting your room.in Single Room is only Single adult Allowed ,double room for two adults and in Triple room Three Adults Allowed.

Adults chosen Extra then Occupancy while booking online, in such conditions hotel are liable to charge you directly at the time of check in,if extra bed is not purchased online.

  •  One older child or adult is charged INR 1000 per person per night in an extra bed.
You can Upgrade your booking on arrival if rooms are available by paying the extra difference,however you cannot opt to downgrade your booking to a lower category room.
If you are an Indian Citizen you can use your Voter ID card, Driving License, Ration card,Adhaar Card or Passport, and your Visa/Passport if you are a Non-Resident/Foreign National.
Please Note PAN CARD is NOT consider as a identity proof
A e-coupon is a hotel discount coupon which is sent to you by email by our Advertisement & Promotion Department periodically. Example: You may get an e-coupon To Make your booking and Discount. This e coupon can then be used to avail a discount while booking a hotel.

If you have booked your room using an online travel agent, such as Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda,Travelguru,Goibibo or Make My Trip Etc Etc, we are NOT able to cancel your booking for you. Please contact the travel agent directly to make the cancellation.

Notice of cancellation must reach the CENTRAL RESERVATION Via Telephone: +91-8860081994, Email: book@godwinhotels.com and duly acknowledged by the same office 72 hours (3 days) ahead of arrival date.
  •  Booking cancelled beyond 48 hrs from date of confirmation will carry 10% retention charge.
  •   Booking cancelled within 48 hrs from date of arrival will carry 50% retention charge.
  •   Booking cancelled in the last 24 hrs from date of arrival will carry 100% retention charge.
  •   No-Show will carry 100% retention charge.
  •   If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the Hotel cancellation and no-show policy. We recommend that you read the cancellation and no-show policy of the accommodation provider carefully prior to making your reservation.
  •   Free! Only one child under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
  • The maximum number of extra bed in a room is 1.
  • There is no capacity for cots in the room.
  • Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
  •  Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
